Sunset Detour is a pop-punk/alt-rock band from Copenhagen, Denmark – and soon to be your next band to fanboy or fangirl about.Inspired by the golden era of pop-punk and shaped by today’s restless, self-aware mindset, they combine catchy riffs, sing-along choruses, and honest lyrics. Their songs jump between themes like existential overthinking, dating disasters, growing up awkward... and some are good old toilet humor just because. Whichever it is, it’s guaranteed to hit you right in your teenage heart.Formed in 2023, Sunset Detour consists of:

Casper Hillstrøm – DrumsWhile some have a past in other pop-punk bands, others come from playing heavy metal and hard rock. They all have one in common, though. At some point they all got hooked on pop-punk and never got clean. Despite their varied backgrounds the guys share a common goal: to write catchy pop-punk anthems that’ll make you sing along and forget that you had those bills lying around you needed to pay.Live shows are where they shine. High energy, sing-alongs, chaos in the pit, and occasionally crowd surfing. You might barf or cry (maybe even both) but one thing’s for sure: you’re gonna have a blast!For fans of blink-182, All Time Low, Green Day, Sum 41, and modern alternative rock.
